Relating to amending the Insurance Code, regulating fire and marine companies by providing for the regulations of reinsurance of insurance written by companies licensed to do business in the State of Texas writing fire and allied lines of insurance, and the regulation of reinsurance written by foreign insurance companies imposing upon the Board of Insurance Commissions certain duties relative to reinsurance.
