Relating to prohibiting the leaving of abandoned, unattended or discarded refrigerators, ice boxes, deep freeze lockers, or other similar containers, having doors or lids equipped with latches or other locking devices, in places accessible to children, without first removing such door, lid, latch or other locking device; providing a penalty for violation.
