HB 574, 53rd R.S.
Relating to providing that any bank or trust company doing business in counties in this State having a population of more than Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand (350,000) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census, may, at its option, close on Saturday or any other week-day and that such day shall be deemed to be a legal holiday for bank purposes.
