Relating to authorizing joint control by a principal and his sureties of moneys and other assets and properties, deposited in and held by banks, savings banks, safe deposit or trust companies, or other depositories; to prevent withdrawal of such money or assets or any part thereof, without written consent of the surety or sureties, or order of the court, or a judge thereof; providing that such joint control agreement shall not in any manner release from or change the liability of the principal or sureties as established by the terms of said bond.
