HB 485, 53rd R.S.
Relating to validating bonds heretofore voted by water control and improvement districts and proceedings and elections relating thereto and providing that such bonds when approved by the Attorney General and registered by the Comptroller and sold and delivered shall be binding, legal, valid, and enforceable obligations.
