Relating to abolishing the Texas Real Estate Commission, creating the Real Estate Division of the Office of the Secretary of State, and transferring the powers, duties and functions of the Texas Real Estate Commission to the Secretary of State and the Administrator of the Real Estate Division of the office of the Secretary of State; providing for appointment of an Administrator and other employees of the Real Estate Division; providing for transfer of records from the Texas Real Estate Commission to the Secretary of State; making provisions relative to processes, notices, applications, orders, and other instruments issued or filed at the time of transfer of duties and functions heretofore vested in the Texas Real Estate Commission; making provisions for pending suits; making provisions for transfer of appropriations; providing for severability.
