Relating to defining Radar; requiring the adoption by the Texas Highway Department of Uniform Signs, giving notice that radar is being used in the enforcement of speed regulations; requiring the erection and maintenance of such signs at certain locations by The Highway Department and all counties, precincts and municipalities where radar is being used in the enforcement of speed regulations; providing uniform procedures for the testing of radar equipment; providing for the admissibility in criminal proceedings of evidence of the speed of motor vehicles derived from the use of an electronic device which uses radio microwaves in measuring such speed.
