HB 46, 53rd R.S.
Relating to declaring certain conduct dealing with underground water in the semi arid portion of the State of Texas being that part of the state west of the 98th meridian west of Greenwich, to be a waste of our natural resources, and prohibiting same; providing that this Act shall not prevent the State Board of Water Engineers from issuing temporary permits for such conduct in event of sudden public catastrophe; providing for injunction suits to restrain violations of this Act and fixing the jurisdiction and venue of such actions.
