Relating to prohibiting certain business practices in selling materials, products and merchandise; relating to purchase and disposition of articles by or through business organizations for purposes other than use or resale in the regular course of business, to advertising or representing sales to be at wholesale, and to use of descriptive terms implying that the seller is a manufacturer, producer, wholesaler, or broker; providing for criminal and civil liability and remedies for violation of the Act.
