Relating to providing for the appointment of a guardian of the person or a guardian of the estate of certain persons committed to State Mental Hospitals or Special Schools; providing for a copy of letters of guardianship to be mailed to State Mental Hospitals or Special Schools and to the Board for Texas State Hospitals and Special Schools; providing for charges for such instruments; providing authority for superintendent to refuse admission where committing authority has not compiled with this Act.
