Relating to licenses upon stores and mercantile establishments; deleting provisions excluding gasoline filling stations, service stations, gasoline bulk stations or plants, and places of business used as wholesale or retail distributing points by manufacturing concerns for distribution of products of their own manufacture only from the definition of "store or mercantile establishment".
