SB 299, 54th R.S.
Relating to providing for the appointment of four additional Assistant District Attorneys for the 53rd Judicial District; providing for the tenure of appointment; providing that the present existing law relating to the manner of selecting, determining the number, and fixing the amount of salaries to be paid Assistant District Attorneys shall remain in full force and effect; prescribing their qualifications and providing for bond; providing for their powers and duties; providing for the appropriation of Twenty-two Thousand ($22,000) Dollars out of the General Revenue Fund for their salaries and actual travel expenses; providing a saving clause.
