SB 395, 54th R.S.
Relating to establishing as permanent District Courts, the Special 37th District Court and the Special Criminal District Court of Bexar County, heretofore established as temporary District Courts; prescribing the terms and jurisdiction of said Courts; adjusting the terms, jurisdiction and business of the District Courts of Bexar County; providing that the Judges of the Special 37th District Court and the Special Criminal District Court of Bexar County shall continue to hold the office of Judge of said Courts for the terms for which they were elected and until their successors qualify.
