Relating to amending certain Acts by extending the season for deer in Wood and Upshur Counties and making it unlawful for any person or persons to hunt with a shotgun loaded with buckshot or slug or with any rifle larger than .22 caliber, except during the legal period for hunting and taking deer in Wood and Upshur Counties.
