Relating to expenses of members of the Commissioners Court in connection with the use of privately owned automobiles for traveling on official business within the county; authorizing an allowance not to exceed $100 per month for each member of the Commissioners Court in counties having a population in excess of 47,000 and having an assessed valuation in excess of Forty Million Dollars.
