HB 119, 54th R.S.
Relating to enabling cities having a population over one hundred and thirty thousand (130,000) and not over two hundred and eighty-five thousand (285,000), according to the last preceding United States census, to establish one (1) or more Corporation Courts, not exceeding four (4); providing for the qualifications and selection of the judges thereof; providing for the appointment of a clerk and deputy clerks; providing for the jurisdiction and the holding of sessions of such courts, the filing of complaints therein, and the procedure before such courts and appeals therefrom; repealing conflicting laws.
