HB 61, 53rd 1st C.S.
Relating to making it unlawful to place or permit to remain in certain stated places, under such circumstances as to be accessible to children, any ice box, refrigerator, or other airtight or semi-airtight container having a capacity of one and one-half (1 1/2) cubic feet or more and an opening of fifty (50) square inches or more and which has a door or lid equipped with a latch or other fastening device capable of securing such door or lid shut; making a violation of this Act a misdemeanor and providing a penalty therefor; providing that each day that such violation continues shall be a separate offense.
