HB 13, 53rd R.S.

Relating to amending certain Acts relative to admission taxes on places of amusement, so as to change the base rate of the tax as to admissions to entertainments such as motion pictures, operas, plays, and like amusements held at fixed and regular established motion picture theaters, and so as to provide for penalties for failure to make the quarterly report or to make a false or incomplete report or failure to pay the tax when due; removing tax on passes or complimentary tickets.
