SB 153, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain acts by providing that a person who is convicted of driving a motor vehicle upon a public road or highway in this state or upon any street or alley in any incorporated city, town or village, while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, and who thereafter drives a motor vehicle upon such road, highway, street or alley while so intoxicated, shall be guilty of a felony; fixing a penalty.
