Relating to appropriating the sum of Thirty-seven Thousand Dollars ($37,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the State Department of Agriculture for the biennium ending August 31, 1953, for the operation and maintenance of two (2) or more market-news stations within this State.
