Relating to amending certain acts by providing that the State Department of Health shall make and may amend regulations for collecting, recording, transcribing, compiling and preserving vital statistics and shall be authorized to suspend any part or parts of the Vital Statistics Law in time of disaster and substitute emergency regulations therefor.
