Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for certain County Court jurisdiction in Willacy County to be placed in the 107th District Court, including appeals in condemnation proceedings; repealing all laws in conflict herewith to the extent of such conflict and making this Act cumulative of all existing laws governing such courts; providing a severability clause.
