Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court of Bexar County, Texas, to appoint a Coliseum Advisory Board for the operation and maintenance of the project known as the Agricultural and Livestock Exhibition Buildings and grounds, which were heretofore received by said County from the City of San Antonio.
