HB 596, 51st R.S.

Relating to authorizing Commissioners Courts in counties having a population of not less than twenty-nine thousand, five hundred (29,500) nor more than thirty thousand (30,000) inhabitants, according to the last preceding or any future Federal census, and in which there is located no Court of Civil Appeals, to provide for, maintain and establish a county law library.
