Relating to providing for the appointment of official court reporters in and for the County Courts at Law and the County Criminal Courts in counties in which there now exists, or may hereafter be created, two (2) or more County Courts of Law and one (1) or more County Criminal Courts; providing qualifications; providing for the manner of payment of such salaries; repealing all laws in conflict herewith; providing a saving clause.
