Relating to prohibiting fishing in the fresh waters of this State, outside of county of residence and adjacent counties thereto without fishing license, providing for issuance and form and fixing fees, of resident, and five-day fishing licenses; repealing all other laws, general or special or local, or parts thereof in conflict herewith; containing a saving clause.
