Relating to amending a previous Act, by enlarging the powers and duties of county school trustees so as to authorize such trustees to enter into contract with the State Board for Vocational Education for the purpose of operating, administering and maintaining special schools and classes for the benefit of Veterans of World War II, and to receive money from the state for such purpose.
