Relating to amending certain Acts so as to include other described lines of insurance; also providing for the filing by insurance companies and rating bureaus and associations of underwrites of rates and rating plans, policy forms and endorsements applicable to certain lines of insurance written by fire insurance companies and the approval or disapproval thereof by the Board of Insurance Commissioners of Texas.
