Relating to increasing the maximum gross load limit on commercial motor vehicles and combinations thereof from thirty-eight thousand (38,000) pounds to forty-eight thousand (48,000) pounds and, regulating the gross load of commercial motor vehicles and combinations thereof; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
