Relating to amending certain Acts by providing for the filling of vacancies in the Board of School Trustees in all cities constituting independent school districts which have assumed control of their public free schools, and prescribing the term which such appointees shall serve, and requiring the filling of any such vacancy for the remaining unexpired term at the next general school election.
