SB 427, 47th R.S.
Relating to defining the jurisdiction of the County Court of Navarro County and diminishing its civil jurisdiction; providing that the District Court of Navarro County shall have jurisdiction in all civil matters over which by law the County Court would have original jurisdiction; providing for the transfer of certain civil causes from the County Court to the District Court of Navarro County.
