SB 294, 47th R.S.

Relating to authorizing cities to issue interest-bearing time warrants for the completion of waterworks extensions and improvements where the governing body finds that proceeds from sale of bonds are not sufficient for the purpose and that such extensions and improvements must be completed immediately in order to afford adequate fire protection and to protect the public health.
