HB 622, 47th R.S.
Relating to providing that the management and control of any municipal electric light, gas, water, or sewer system in certain cities, financed by the issuance of revenue bonds, shall, so long as any of such bonds be outstanding and unpaid, be placed in the hands of a Board of Trustees; providing for the creation of such Board.
