SB 286, 46th R.S.
Relating to authorizing any incorporated city in this State having a population of not less than 53,000 and not more than 57,000, according to the last preceding Federal Census, to create by ordinance a Municipal Retirement Board, and to adopt a plan to pay retirement allowances to retire city employees; describing this Act as the "Municipal Retirement Law."
