HB 735, 46th R.S.

Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court of any county in this State or the governing body of any other subdivision of this State to enter into agreements with the Texas State Employment Service for the establishment and maintenance of a free public employment service within such county or political subdivision and authorizing the Commissioners Court of any county or the governing body of any other political subdivision to appropriate and expend moneys for such purpose.
