Relating to declaring it unlawful to take any fish from the waters of Hunt and Rains Counties, Texas, other than by ordinary hook line, setline, or throwline, or by ordinary cordline, seine, or net, the meshes of which are not less than one and one-half (1.5) inches square; fixing a penalty.
