HB 1078, 45th R.S.
Relating to providing that in counties containing a population of not less than forty two thousand one hundred (42,100) nor more than forty two thousand two hundred fifty (42,250) according to the last preceding Federal Census and having a valuation in excess of Twenty Million ($20,000,000.00) Dollars, the Commissioners Court may allow the County Treasurer to retain fees and commissions of Three Thousand Six Hundred ($3,600.00) Dollars per annum.
