Relating to declaring it unlawful for any person to sell, take, or have in his possession for barter or sale after the passage of this Act, for a period of five (5) years, any wild fox or the pelts thereof in the Counties of Denton, Hunt, and Rains, State of Texas; providing a penalty therefor.
