HB 132, 45th R.S.
Relating to allowing cities and towns to extend the lines of their water, gas, sewer, or electric light and power systems outside of the limits of such cities or towns and to sell the privilege or services thereof to persons or corporations, or to permit them to connect therewith, provided that no electric lines shall be extended into the corporate limits of another incorporated town or city.
