HB 138, 44th 1st C.S.
Relating to amending a certain Chapter of the Acts of the 43rd Legislature (1st C.S.); creating a Conservation and Reclamation District to be known as Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority, pursuant to and for the purpose set forth in Section 59, of Article 16, of the Constitution of the State of Texas, and to be a governmental agency, body politic and corporate, without power to levy taxes or assessments, or to create any indebtedness payable out of the taxes or assessments, or to pledge the credit of the State.
