Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; providing for pensions on reaching the age of sixty-five (65) of persons employed in the Fire, Police and Fire Alarm Operator's Department of any incorporated city or town containing more than 240,000 inhabitants and less than 275,000 inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal census.
