HB 705, 44th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; making adequate provision for compensation of Court Reporter to be appointed by the Criminal District Attorney in any county having a population in excess of one hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) and less than excess of three hundred and fifty-five thousand (355,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census, and which alone constitutes two or more judicial districts.
