HB 643, 44th R.S.

Relating to amending a certain Article of the 1925 Revised Civil Statutes; orders and sale of property of estates by adding thereto a provision that where the sale of real estate is made to the owner or holder of a secured claim in full payment, liquidation, and satisfaction thereof no bond shall be required except for the amount of cash actually received by such executor or administrator in excess of the amount necessary to pay, liquidate, and satisfy such claim in full.
