Relating to making it unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to pack for sale, sell or offer for sale wheat flour or other cereal flour and corn meal, except such cereals sold as grits, only in standardized packages; providing for the violation of this Act to be a misdemeanor and fixing the penalty for such violations.
