Relating to amending a certain Article of the Penal Code of Texas; work and vacation of firemen and policemen in certain cities of more than twenty-five thousand (25,000) inhabitants and in cities of more than thirty thousand (30,000) inhabitants; providing penalties for violation of the provisions of this Article.
