Relating to making an appropriation to be paid out of the General Revenue Fund of the State of Texas the sum of Five Hundred and Sixty-six Dollars and Sixty-five Cents ($566.65), not otherwise appropriated, to cover rental for vault space in the Austin National Bank, of Austin, Texas, from March 9, 1933 to August 31, 1933.
