SB 436, 43rd R.S.
Relating to providing that the bail bonds of an accused shall be conditioned that the principal and sureties will pay all expenses incurred by peace officers in re-arresting the principal in the event the conditions of the bond are violated and he fails to appear before the court or magistrate on the day stated.
