SB 172, 43rd R.S.

Relating to the service of process on the State Highway Commissioner and designating said officer as the agent for such purposes in suits against non-residents for injuries inflicted within this State by non-resident operators of motor vehicles or motorcycles, so as to extend, cover and include not only the owners of said motor vehicles but likewise their agents, servants or employees operating the same.
