Relating to providing for the appointment by the district judge of the 25th Judicial District of Texas, composed of the counties of Guadalupe, Gonzales, Colorado and Lavaca, or the judge of the judicial district of whic the counties of Guadalupe, Gonzales, Colorado and Lavaca are a part thereof, of an official shorthand reporter for such district.
