Relating to defining the meaning of practicing law and prohibiting corporations and all other persons, firms, or associations from practicing law in Texas except licensed attorneys of the bar, and prohibiting attorneys from splitting fees with others than attorneys, and providing a violation of this Act may be enjoined, and providing penalties for violations of this Act.
